Epsilon Registration History

We had a very interesting start. Our goal is to make the life of event planners easier.

– Pornwadee Y. Karow

05In April of the year 2000, Pornwadee and Charles Karow helped found EventRebels.com as a way to make computerized workflow technology available to event planners. Part of that effort resulted in the ERegtm conference registration software, one of the early online registration systems on the Internet.

The couple gained considerable experience in the events industry, learning how to offer extreme reliability, and providing online and onsite registration for events of up to 6,000 attendees.

In July 2004, the Karows made the ERegtm software the basis for a new company, Epsilon Registration, to focus on providing registration services and technology for conferences, conventions and trade shows.

The founders have planned and executed successful registration activities for conferences, trade show and special events from several hundred to 10,000 attendees. They have reputations for developing top-notch solutions to difficult problems. They have a network of partnerships with the best people in the industry, and so can offer a full range of options and services.

They have provided registration services for many companies and organizations, including:

  • American Road Builders and Transportation Association
  • The Baltimore NAF Academies
  • Defense Information System Agency
  • The Enterprise Foundation
  • National Federation of Republican Women
  • Post-Newsweek
  • US Department of Labor
  • US Small Business Administration
  • Maryland and Florida Governors’ inaugural events
  • And many, many moreā€¦
