Epsilon Registration Releases Speaker Management Function

Baltimore, MD – September 8, 2014 – Epsilon Registration, provider of meeting registration technology and services, today announced the release of speaker management function of its EReg(tm) online registration software.

The new function allows meeting planners to register speakers and allow the speakers (or their assistants) to provide their own pictures, biographies and A-V (or other resource) requirements. The speakers’ pictures and biographies automatically will be displayed on the EReg(tm) speaker Web page as part of the meeting Web site. The speaker system is also integrated with the conference agenda Web page, so that each session on the agenda has an automatic link to the corresponding speaker’s photo and biography. Planners have full access to the speaker information through the back-end software, where they can add or update the speaker’s information and schedule presentations as part of the agenda preparation process.

“This new feature add even more to the time-saving value of our integrated meeting Web site module,” said Charles Karow, director of operations of the company. “It provides a central repository of information on the speakers that can be used for scheduling, capacity planning, resource planning, badge printing and attendance tracking.”

Epsilon makes this software available to clients who can choose to be involved as much or as little as they like in the registration process. Epsilon can provide the full range of registration technology and services, from software only to full outsourced registration services.
